Our Flowers are natural, colorful, vivid and fresh, designed by professional florists for every occasion. The images serve as a reference. The vases, accessories, flowers and colors, in exceptional cases, can be modified while maintaining the quality for which we are known. Roses will never be replaced without your prior permission.
It is very important that your personal information and contact numbers are correct and current; by not being so they may cause delays in delivery.

General Policies

Deliveries
It is important that at the time of delivery someone is able toreceive the flowers, as they require water. If the recipient is not present, the flowers will be given to a co-worker,a janitorand/or a neighbor who commits to giving them to the recipient.
It is very important that your personal information and phone numbers are correct; otherwise,there may be delays in the delivery.
Deliveries to Hotels: Do not leave out the room number or the exact name of the recipient that is registered at the hotel and verify that the recipient is staying at the hotel on the delivery date. Generally, the delivery will be left with concierge.
Deliveries to Universities: We can deliver to universities but be aware that due to the number of students and the distinct class schedules, we do not recommend deliveries in these places as it is very possible that your flowers will go astray. Also bear in mind that entering a class is not permitted and in this case, it would not be possible to deliver straight to the recipient.
In case of loss due to any of these reasons, we cannot issue a refund. In case of a redelivery, charges may apply.
Deliveries to Hospitals: Enter the number of the room, all of the information of the hospital and the patient. Incase ofdeliveries to the maternity ward, the maiden name of the mother should also be included. Generally, the delivery will be left at reception.
Without this information, we cannot guarantee delivery and reimbursement will not be applied if the delivery cannot be fulfilled due to these problems. In the case of having to carry out the floralarrangement again, charges may apply for re-assembly and re-delivery.
Some products that visibly show the FEDEX logo are sent out by mail and deliveries take a full day. Do not worry if there is no one present at the destination as the mailman will generally leave the package next to the door without requiring a signature.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES, AIRPORTS OR RURAL AREAS.

Delivery Time
If we cannot deliver your product on the planned delivery date due to causes under our control, you are entitled to a refund. If we cannot make a delivery on the agreed due date due to circumstances beyond our control, we will make no refund. If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, in some cases we will leave a note to schedule the delivery again. If problems arise with the delivery and the circumstances so require, we will also get in touch with you.

Incorrect Delivery Information
If you have provided us with incorrect delivery information, we cannot guarantee a successful delivery. You will have up to two business days prior to the delivery date to correct the information. If our delivery personnel inform us that the recipient address is incorrect or incomplete, we will attempt to communicate with you so that you can provide us with new information. We will not be responsible for, nor will we issue a refund, if we cannot make a delivery due to incorrect information. In case we need to carry out the floral arrangement again, charges may apply.

Refused Deliveries
If the recipient rejects the delivery, there will be no right to a refund.

Changes in the Order
To change your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Ideally, changes can be made two or more working days before the delivery date. On special occasions such as Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, it is not possible to make changes.

Quality Policy
We take the quality of our products and services very seriously to provide the most to our clients. The floral arrangements are unique and handmade, so it is not possible for two identical arrangements to exist. We make every possible effort to coincide the arrangements with the images and descriptions of the product. Small variations may exist but the concept and quality of the product are always guaranteed.

Replacement Policy
Our products are natural, colorful, vivid and fresh, designed by professional florists for every occasion. The images serve as a reference. The vases, accessories, flowers and colors, in exceptional cases, can be modified while maintaining the quality for which we are known.
In some rare cases, we may not have some of the items written in the description, in which case it will be necessary to substitute the items with those of equal or greater value. In some cases, you will be asked permission to make such a substitution. If we cannot contact you, we will carry out the replacement. Roses, however, will never be replaced by other flowers without your prior permission. If a Logistics Center does not have the determined product, we will replace it with one that is similar.

Color of Roses
We always prioritize your choice of Rose color, but in the rare case that we do not have fresh Roses in that color, our florists will design your arrangement with your preferredalternative color. If you did not choose an alternative color, we will contact you. This policy applies only to Roses as other flower colors can be changed depending on availability.

Claims and Complaints
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a redelivery by filing a complaint within two working days following the delivery date. Send your request by responding to your purchase confirmation email. In the case that there are problems with the quality of your purchase, our customer service agents may request a digital photo of the product delivered. If appropriate, the order will be re-delivered but in no case shall we conduct a refund. The products to be exchanged should be in the same condition that you received them in and in the box, arrangement and/or original package.

Cancellations
Requests for a full refund are permitted if it they are made six business days or more prior to the delivery date. If the cancellation is madebetween three and six days before the delivery date, an administration fee will be deducted from your refund, depending on the product and delivery charges. If an order is cancelled less than two business days prior to delivery, no refund will be issued.

Duplicate Orders
If you have completed two or more identical orders and inform us ahead of time, you will receive a full refund of the repeated order, as long as our florists have not already assembled the product.

Privacy Policy
We take privacy seriously and we will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to complete your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
