What information do you need to deliver in hotels and hospitals?

Hotels: don’t forget to write the room number, hotel information, including telephone number and check that the passengers are booked on the day of the delivery. Generally, it will be delivered at the reception.

Hospitals: don’t forget to write the room number, all the hospital and patient information. In case of maternity, the maiden name. Without this information we cannot assure the delivery.

What happens if the addressee is not in the delivery address?
